The standard consultancy service provides all you need for a small project, with chargeable onsite visits as required (normally one for initial requirements capture and later for deployment or handover with some visits between for larger projects).  The Standard Consultancy server is not suited to projects which require large amounts of on-site work on requirements capture, specialist or fixed equipment.
